Our approach was built in contact with projects, their constraints and their uses. From design to operation, VEXTRAC brings together BIM, automation and the development of business tools to structure data, control deliverables and make production processes reliable.

The journey
At the origin of VEXTRAC, a career built in design offices and then with contractors, mainly on rail infrastructure projects, engineering structures, industrial sites and buildings. From methods engineering to BIM and digitalization, this experience forged an approach directly rooted in the realities of the project and the field.

Technology independence
We choose tools according to the need, the uses and the project environment, without imposing a technology on principle. When our own solutions meet the need, we integrate them with the same logic.
Advisory and production
We don't stop at recommendations: we design, produce, automate and control when the engagement requires it. Our recommendations thus remain directly rooted in their implementation.

A few concrete situations from projects and experiences that helped shape the VEXTRAC approach.
Digitalizing the daily rail safety document
On a rail worksite, the daily document was prepared with several office tools and then circulated by email, with re-entry and several versions likely to circulate in parallel. Setting up a digital process made it possible to centralize preparation, pre-publication checks and the traceability of approvals. The published version then becomes the common reference for the teams.
Checking models before every BIM milestone
On an infrastructure project, systematic checks of deliveries made it possible to identify naming, property, completeness or coordination deviations earlier. The results were structured and tracked from one milestone to the next, so that non-conformities could be handled ahead of the reviews.
